From the moment Emily joined our Monroe team, it was clear she brought more than just a good attitude—she brought heart. A former patient herself, Emily understands what it’s like to walk in needing care. That firsthand experience fuels the compassion she brings to every patient interaction, as she now plays a key role in helping others find the same relief and healing she once received.

Empathy in action

Whether helping a patient articulate their symptoms or ensuring the clinic runs smoothly, Emily shows up with purpose and empathy. She says one of her favorite parts of the job is seeing patients leave standing straighter and smiling—relieved and ready to return to the things they love.
