“Once again, I am able to pick up mygreat-grandchildren!”
After a bad fall and another incident shortly following, Paula Chapple found that she could not raise her right arm without receiving a sharp pain through her shoulder and neck. Paula has been a faithful patient at Houk Chiropractic since 1999 and a walking testimony of the benefits of chiropractic. “The treatments have definitely made a difference,” Paula says, noting that her sleep greatly improved. The headaches that use to wake her up at night are no longer there and she is able to be active during the day. “I am now able to do everything as before, raising my arm to do things such as putting a casserole in the micro-wave up above the counter, without pain! Within limits, I can again do the gardening plus the usual cleaning needed in our home.” In addition to regular chiropractic visits, Paula has been receiving massage therapy from Brad at our Northpointe office. “The massage therapy has been very good for me. Brad has done an excellent job and with the follow up treatment from Dr. Henning, it has worked very well. At the suggestion of Dr. Henning, I am doing exercises at home to strengthen the neck muscles. I appreciate the extra advice from the Doctor and Brad” Paula’s commitment to chiropractic and health restoration has reaped its reward. This is evident in her proud exclamation, “Once again I am able to pick up my great grandchildren!”
