Mark Wm. Houk, D.C., D.A.B.C.O., C.C.S.T.
Dr. Houk was born and raised in Spokane, Washington and attended Washington
State University for his undergraduate studies. He then attended Palmer
College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa graduating with honors in 1980
following a four (4) year study in Chiropractic. He then bought an
existing practice in Spokane and started Houk Chiropractic Clinic. He
completed a three and half-year post graduate study in Chiropractic Orthopedics
in 1985 and received his certification as a Diplomat of the American
Board of
Chiropractic Orthopedists (D.A.B.C.O.). He received additional certification in
whiplash and spinal trauma management in 1993 —
Certified Chiropractic Spinal Trauma (C.C.S.T.). These two post-graduate
degrees have enhanced his abilities to bring wellness care to the people of
Spokane, and the practice continues to grow. He enjoys golfing and
spending time with his family, his wife Inez and three (3) children, as well as
church activities.
